  • Responsibilities

    • Repair, troubleshoot and maintain R&D equipment including:
      (chassis, engine and transmission dynos, fans. boilers, compressors, chillers. pumps, exhaust systems. hydraulic systems, and electrical systems)
    • Communication daily with equipment operators, test technicians and readers on equipment condition
    • Conduct, develop, maintain and continuously improve the preventative maintenance program
    • Identify spare parts and manage vendor service representatives and contractors as required
    • Managing processing of service requests. work orders and preventative maintenance tasks in CMMS
    • Assist with developing maintenance plan at R&D
    • Excellent writing,
    • Proficient in CMMS.


    • Associate Degree technical field required. Mechatronics, Electronics.
    • Mechanical Engineering Technology or Electrical Engineering Technology
    • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management
    • Systems (Maximo preferred)
    • 5+ years of (environmental dynos. HVAC units.)
    • Maintenance experience on industrial equipment
      • such as: chambers. boilers. compressors, chillers, pumps and exhaust systems, hydraulic systems. electrical and PLC control systems. variable frequency drives.)
    • Conduct meetings and provide updates on condition of equipment.
    • Create Job Instruction Sheets and risk analysis for maintenance tasks, maintenance technicians on Job Instructions and risk assessments
    • Management and capital project experience preferred.
