  • Responsibilities



    • Acts as the main conduit and single point of contact for program and attribute teams to the D&R applications,
    • Manages functional content, quality, cost, and weight alignment with program objectives
    • Ensures Engineering delivery at milestones (UN/UPVx, FDJ, PEC/FEC)
    • Manages key milestone deliverables (cost, investment, weight status and roadmaps) per GPDS process
    • Attends and represent functional area at weekly PST, Tech Reviews, Sourcing, Planning, etc
    • Leads functional concern process in Change Control to alleviate time for D&R Engineers to more effectively use their time
    • Works with Program to manages Concern Release process after Concern is at Authorized status
    • Coordinates cross-functional engineering issue resolution and communication
    • Assists functional teams in anyway possible to remove roadblocks and get the job done. This may include writing concerns, alerts, or other D&R tasks






    • Knowledgeable of our client's systems such as WERS, CRID, GPDS, CMMS etc. desired
    • Minimum 3 years Design and Release engineering experience desired
    • Project management training and/or experience desired


    Preferred Qualifications


    • Expert in MS Office Six Sigma Green Belt



    • B.S. Engineering
    • Electrical training and/or experience desired


    Preferred Education


    • Master in Engineering or Business Administration
