  • Responsibilities

    • This Service Supervisor role is responsible to manage a team certified technicians responsible for conducting pre-delivery vehicle inspection and full vehicle repair/maintenance on a large fleet vehicles ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
    • This position requires strong leadership skills to motivate employees, coordinate shift activities, schedules, oversee daily work execution, and provide clear and consistent direction for staff in order to ensure compliance to the quality standard, safety standards and all customer requirements.
    • Additional responsibilities include optimizing an efficient working environment, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures for efficient operation. The Service Supervisor will act as a liaison between the technicians, engineers and other cross-functional teams and coordinate cross-functional team evaluations, off-site body paint repairs, windshield replacements, and vehicle buy-off.






    • High School Degree
    • General Vehicle knowledge
    • Proficient with computer systems, including MS Office applications and Google G-Suite
    • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills


    Preferred Qualifications


    • Associates Degree
    • 2 years dealership operations experience




    • May be required to drive a company vehicle – valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
    • No travel is required.
