  • Responsibilities

    • Primary responsibility is to perform ride, handling, and steering development of performance vehicles.
    • Working with a lead engineer, tires, steering, and suspension components will be specified to meet program performance targets, using a combination of simulation, objective testing, and subjective methods.
    • Subjective evaluation of ride, steering, and handling performance, as well as objective measurement of certain attributes will be required.
    • Responsibilities include coordination of prototype vehicles, parts, and union mechanic activities, execution and documentation of development activities, and presentation of results.
    • Handling testing can be physically demanding.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
    • At least three years of hands on Vehicle Dynamics experience required
    • At least three years of multi-body dynamics simulation experience required (ADAMS, Matlab or VI-grade package experience required)
    • Good communication skills
    • Ability to present ideas and concepts successfully

    Preferred Qualifications


    • Master’s degree or higher preferred
    • Vehicle dynamics testing and data acquisition experience preferred
    • Some Finite Element Analysis experience preferred
    • MS office skills (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)



    • Will be required to drive company car.
    • Valid Drivers License and clean driving record required
      Will be required to travel domestically up to 5%
