  • Responsibilities

    • Assure the reliability and performance of all of our client's products and services
    • Interface with product managers from all three lines of business to design technical solutions for strategic initiatives
    • Lead the Development Managers to implement sustainable technical designs
    • Identify, design and support areas of integration between three lines of business
    • Develop metrics to measure team success and system performance
    • Work with Executive team to establish priorities for IT strategy
    • Provide advice on selection of appropriate hardware and deployment architectures for production systems
    • Assist product experts in creating business cases
    • Maintain an ongoing awareness of emerging trends and developments in technology that could impact our client
    • Maintain ongoing awareness of security best practices and standards
    • Implement and maintain security processes and procedures for application development life-cycle


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Programming, Computer Science or related field
    • 6+ years of management experience in an IT environment
    • Experience in multiple software development life-cycles including waterfall and agile
    • Experience providing IT solutions in a highly secured environment preferred
    • Experience providing IT solutions in a high volume, high performance environment preferred
    • Experience reading and comprehending .NET, JAVA, or other transferable object-oriented languages
    • Experience reading and writing SQL queries
    • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, proven by a track record of success
    • Ability to translate use cases and/or functional specifications into strong technical designs
    • Ability to dissect and understand existing technical specifications
    • Ability to troubleshoot and debug highly technical issues


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Solid technical skills with an ability to effectively communication and influence other highly technical team members
    • Candidates should have strong communication skills including proficiency in both written and spoken English
    • Self-motivated and capable of working in a dynamic environment
