  • Responsibilities



    • Provide state-of-the-art digital services for customers and consumers by managing the ongoing support and development activities of our client's AFS suite of digital properties
    • Lead and/or support efforts to deliver on key objectives of the Global Digital Plan
    • Proactively manage project scope with suppliers as appropriate to support key project deliverables
    • Ensure alignment of credit plans and timing with our client and Global work streams
    • Collaborate with global team representatives and non-digital stakeholders as required
    • Support project management activities and provide governance committee report-outs as required
    • Work with the Global Digital Marketing Manager to support special projects/ad hocs as appropriate (i.e. data gathering, analysis, presentation preparation)







    • Passion and curiosity for digital technology, device evolution and improving the customer experience
    • Self-starter; ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong drive for results, commitment to quality and attention to detail
    • Creative thinker and problem solver
    • Strong oral and written communications (able to effectively assert point of view)
    • Prior project experience requiring collaboration across teams/organizations/vendors including IT processes, a plus Marketing and/or Digital experience, a plus
