  • Responsibilities

    • The Mopar CAP Program Business and Operations Analyst will work closely with the Mopar CAP team (Career Automotive Program), Business Centers,
    • Training Centers and Dealerships around the country.
    • The Analyst will development forecasting estimates to support and validate program asset/resource needs. The Analyst will interpret program actions and then engage with the subject matter experts across the country, including the Business Centers. Training Centers, Schools, and Dealerships to validate/update program resource forecasts as required.
    • The Analyst will co-lead the development, approval, and execution of projects within the Mopar CAP program and Performance Institute groups.
    • This position also interfaces with the Purchasing, Finance, and IT teams throughout the process.
    • The Analyst is responsible for financial management of all projects through to completion and will be responsible to report out the project/spend status on a quarterly basis to leadership.
    • The Analyst will also support other Performance Institute operations and special projects as needed.


    • Bachelor's degree
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Flexible and able to work independently in a fast-pace environment
    • Self-starter, innovative and team-oriented
    • Advance to expert skills using MS Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel
    • Process driven, attention to details
    • Strong interpersonal skills, and assertive
    • SharePoint Skills (knowledge of work-flows)
    • Overall IT savvy
    • Program Management experience
    • Issue resolution experience
    • Ability to adapt quickly in response to fluid operations situations
    • Support/Create/Maintain improvement models
    • Advance Communication and Written Skills
    • Program Forecasting
    • Budget Experience (preferred PSAP access).



    Preferred Qualifications


    • Bachelor of Science Engineering degree
    • World Class Manufacturing knowledge




    • 0 – 25% Travel
