  • Responsibilities

    • Coordinating training for the purchasing systems so knowledge of purchasing and purchasing systems (they use SAP) is helpful.
    • They do not have to have in-depth experience with SAP as they won’t use it often just be able to pick up. More important would be experience with LMS (Learning Mgt System) and strong experience with MS Outlook to schedule training meetings and general MS office experience.
    • This person will coordinate training for our client's Global purchasing so they need to be very organized and customer focused.
    • They need to be highly organized but personable and professional
    • Ensure that 2 weeks prior to training individuals get meeting invites and that there are enough resources available for the training.
    • Send out reminders to individuals regarding the training/need to be customer focused and good with people who might be coming to them frustrated.


    • Additional responsibilities would be setting up a huge web-ex meeting (500 Plus people) so someone who can be organized and make sure the web-ex is set up and ready for the meeting and managing the web-ex
    • They publish a newsletter and if they can find a person that can take that over and improve it that would be a home run!
    • Experience with MS Publisher but if they are a self-starter and creative he is hoping they can improve on it



    • Bachelor's degree or 3 years equivalent work experience
    • 2 or more years experience
    • Good technical abilities with MS Office/Outlook/LMS/and nice to have MS Publisher
    • Right personality-Positive/go getter—great with people 
    • Organized-this person needs to be extremely organized and have the ability to juggle work loads
    • Another plus if they have a records management background to keep track of the trainings completed, etc.
