  • Responsibilities

    Our client is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator to join the program team that is developing a new global system to support their contact centers.

     

    The position will be responsible for the administration of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system including:

    • - Operational configuration maintenance
    • - Creating views and dashboards
    • - Leveraging out of the box functionality that is not being utilized yet
    • - Working with business owners on enhancement requests
    • - Report development

    Qualifications

    Experience Required:

    • Minimum of 2 years working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including time specifically working with MS CRM 2016/Dynamics 365 in the Cloud
    • Minimum of 2 years. experience administering Microsoft Dynamic CRM customizations/configurations including:
    • Views and dashboards
    • Security Roles
    • Custom entities
    • Microsoft Azure Cloud Configuration
    • Understanding of MS CRM 2016/Dynamics 365
    • All standard out of the box functionality
    • Plug Ins
    • Workflows
    • Experience using and supporting Microsoft Dynamics:
    • Web Client
    • Unified Service Desk (USD) or Customer Care Accelerator (CCA) or Contact Center Desktop (CCD)
    • Outlook Client

    Experience Preferred:

    • Experience with CRM 2016 (ideal experience transitioning a team through an upgrade)
    • Programming and development experience with SQL reporting
    • Microsoft CRM training and certification valued

     

     

    Education Required:

    Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or another field with related work experience
