  • Responsibilities

    MAIN AIM OF JOB

     

    • Ensure that all technical changes on door modules and/or other products are properly tracked and maintained (internally and externally).
    • Being the main interface and champion for WERS 
    • Coordinate prototype build schedule with the customer.

     

    CHARACTERISTIC VALUES

     

    • Key figures which characterize the job (quantities, budget, financial values) and  risk of damages (value).
    • 1 – 2 door module programs at a time
    • Many technical changes during program lifetime.

     

    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • Using WERS system with all its necessary applications 
    • Write, monitor and release all  (Change Requests), CN (Change Notices), Alerts and service parts release.
    • During launch, maintain and monitor AIMS, WERS and APQP reviews.
    • Initiate, update and maintain Parts Status List (BOM).
    • Interface to customer  with regard to Concern and Alert status.
    • Coordinate and process internal CR and synchronize them with the customer’s CR.
    • Interface with customer in terms of prototype delivery status.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING/RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

     

    • Associates Degree or some college coursework.
    • 2 – 3 years of WERS experience within automotive industry, Tier1 supplier in particular.

     

    SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

     

    • PC applications (MS office, excel in particular).
    • Very proficient with WERS.
    • Basic understanding of technical stuff within an automotive environment.
