  • Responsibilities

    • Candidate is responsible for and not limited to:
    • Develop simulation models based on process layout, Reviewing plant machine downtime datasets to ensure accuracy. Validate the system to its designed JPH. Conduct buffer analysis, carrier analysis. Analyze system throughput bottleneck and make design improvement recommendations.
    • Candidate would be working within our client's simulation team supporting multiple vehicle programs.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field with 1+ years of experience working with AutoMod simulation software.
    • Experience with through put
    • Must be self-motivated
    • Ability to work as part of a team to meet project time-lines
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Experience in Plant Simulation – Sieman software

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior automotive experience
    • Ability to interpret simulation models for medium to large-sized simulation projects
    • Knowledge of the inputs required to build an accurate simulation model
    • Customer-driven team player with the ability to develop close customer relationships
