  • Responsibilities

    • Facility Operations / Vehicle Testing Operations Supervision
    • 2nd shift supervisor position in Aero Thermal.
    • Will be responsible for supervising Garage SBU mechanics and assisting our Drive Cell Operation.
    • Will work closely with our 1st shift Garage supervisor, mechanics and engineers to focus of completing work orders (spec changes, instrumentation, etc...) in a timely / quality manner.
    • Participate with our Operation Team on process and WCM improvements.
    • Capable of learning our Thermal software packages for managing vehicle projects, supporting vehicle testing and analyzing test reports.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 0 - 1 years of experience ( would consider someone with more experience)
    • Self-starter with a team mentality
    • Must be able to work and communicate with both SBU mechanics and engineers
    • Good attitude
    • Basic automotive understanding
    • Very Proactive (work with engineers and mechanics to keep projects moving)
    • Ability to handle urgent requests
    • Previous demonstrated technical capability

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with thermal testing and operation
    • Supervisor experience
    • Experience with data acquisition systems and vehicle testing
    • Mechanical Degree

    Travel

    • Will be required to drive a company car. A valid driver’s license is required as well as a clean driving record.
    • Will be required to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%
