  • Responsibilities

    Project manager needed to Lead License Management activities including planning, finance management, issue resolution across entire  portfolio

    • Lead product delivery finance management processes (i.e. collecting forecasts, actuals, calculating forecast accuracy, documenting risks / issues, reporting, etc.)
    • Daily interaction directly with FSM IT and Finance management
    • Support consumption management activities (i.e. business / cycle planning, liaison between central consumption team and FSM product development teams)
    • Support Demand Management activities (i.e. act as single point of contact for demand management related inquiries from multiple cross-functional teams, etc.)
    • Analyze, build and maintain holistic view of cross functional product delivery to efficiently manage integration points
    • Establish strong working relationship with project stakeholders such that plans and requirements are fully understood and issues are resolved effectively and efficiently
    • Business Continuity Planning . Annual Plan and Test
    • Ad-hoc financial reporting



    Experience Required:

    • Previous software delivery project management and/or team leader experience
    • High degree of self-motivation and ability to operate with limited supervision
    • Ability to work under tight timelines and in a dynamically changing environment
    • Results orientated with a customer focused attitude
    • Strong organizational and facilitation skills
    • Ability to prioritize and manage a variable workload
    • Strong interpersonal skills across all levels of personnel
    • Ability to learn technical/system details where appropriate
    • Finance Management
    • Issue and Risk Management
    • Scope Management
    • Proficient in MS Excel, SharePoint, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Prior work experience in IT Finance
    • Candidates are asked to bring portfolio of previous work deliverables to interview


    Experience Preferred:

    • Knowledge of AGILE methodologies/tools including Rally
    • Experience with Clarity Project Management tool
    • Experience of managing project/program finances including estimating (SEER) and forecasting (DORF)
    • PMI certification as a Project Management Professional, a plus, but not required
    • Previous Automotive OEM experience strongly preferred 

    Education Required:

    Bachelor of science, MBA, Masters of Science
