  • Responsibilities


    • The position is for a Business Analyst(BA) to join a high performing agile Java development team.
    • The BA will work closely with the product owner/development team and Scrum Master to deliver value (working software) to the business.
    • The team consists of a Product Owner, Scrum Master, BA, 4 DEV/QC team members.
    • The team follows the Scaled Agile Framework working in 2 week iterations (sprints) and we are co-located with our Product Owners.






    • Bachelor.s degree in computer science/management information systems
    • 3+ Years business analysis experience
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to take complex business requirements break them down into logical user stories
    • Self-starter
    • Understanding of Web services
    • SOAP / RESTful / JSON Frameworks
    • Proven ability to work in team environment
    • Highly motivated to learn and grow both technical and business knowledge

    Preferred Qualifications


    • AGILE development experience
    • Familiarity with Agile Central (Rally)
    • SonarQube (Software craftsmanship)
    • Pega Business Process Management (BPM)
    • Ant Builds
    • IMS Connector Framework
    • IBM Pure Query




    • Bachelors degree in computer science/management information systems
