  • Responsibilities



    • U725 Electrical PMT Engineer
    • Project/ Program Management position acting as Engineering Interface between Program Team and the Electrical Core/ Applications team.
    • Support Electrical Team through engineering gateways and launch phases from pre-program through launch
    • Single point of contact for Program, finance, Quality, Attribute, and Manufacturing.
    • Communicate upcoming deliverables to the Electrical team and execute operating system to ensure the work gets done on time, with quality.
    • Ensure robust Electrical systems sign-off for milestones
    • Drive for timely and efficient issue identification, communication, tracking, and resolution via our client's management systems.
    • Keep Electrical Management informed in timely fashion, and escalate issues as required.
    • Manages functional content alignment with program objectives
    • Ensures Engineering Design Reviews and associated work-streams are consistent with Program timing
    • Support milestone reviews and ensures Engineering delivery
    • Chair weekly meeting with Electrical team to manage program business within the function.
    • Lead the program specific prototype build process for the functional area at all build events managing issue resolution






    • Outstanding organizational skills with proper follow-up to accomplish multiple objectives in timely fashion.
    • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work well with others as part of a cross-functional team.
    • Outstanding communication skills (open, clear, and inclusive)
    • Self-directed with strong technical capability and problem solving skills
    • Strong fundamentals and working knowledge of Product Development Process and preferably Launch Quality Operating System processes
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for issue identification, tracking, and presentation

     Preferred Qualifications

    • Automotive Experience Preferred



    Bachelor of Science in Engineering required


    Preferred Education

    • Masters/MBA preferred
