  • Responsibilities

    • Manages email and calendar, schedules meetings, and answers phones.
    • Perform a variety of administrative functions including, but not limited to:
      • Ordering of departmental office supplies
      • Calendaring
      • Travel arrangements
      • Departmental announcements
      • Correspondence
      • Expense reports
      • Vacation schedules
      • Mail distribution
      • Creates presentations
      • Generates reports
      • Handles multiple projects
      • Strong organizational and people skills required

    Qualifications

    • 10 Years Experience Required.
    • HS Required.
    • Automotive (Tier 1) experience is preferred with a track record of reporting to senior level directors/executives.
    • MUST HAVE Solid Microsoft Office knowledge (primarily Outlook, Word, Excel & Visio) and Lotus Notes.
    • Proactive personality and character demonstrating an ability to complete activities.
    • Strong verbal, organizational, and people skills a MUST.
    • Strong organizational logical thinking skills.
    • Ability to manage many tasks and to prioritize appropriately.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
    • 12-15+ yrs preferred.
    • Previous experience in the Automotive industry highly preferred.
