  • Responsibilities

    • Dedicated to specifying, architecting, designing, implementing, and operating an End to End Ecosystem focused on delivering Telematics and Infotainment Services to vehicles globally
    • support our remote vehicle solutions (remote start, door lock, door unlock, etc.) across multiple mobile applications.
    • The engineer will primarily be responsible for tracking, triaging and resolving issues with current production features across the various ecosystem components
    • strategic teams to migrate vehicle control features to new vehicle programs.
    • Working with regional leads to understand regulatory restrictions for vehicle control features
    • Working closely with component owners to drive changes to downstream vehicle components through updates and changes to requirements and functional specifications.
    • Investigating quality concerns and app store verbatims for customer experience trends and improvements
    • Working with Verification teams, Plants & Customers to Triage/ Root Cause / Resolve Issues
    • Maintaining open requirements issue list, review, track and report on progress
    • Issue change requests when necessary, champion CR’s through the process and ensure all impacted documents are updated upon approval of CR's



    • Work on multiple projects concurrently and shift priorities as required to meet business requirements and time-lines.
    • Work in a collaborative team environment and ability to work under aggressive time-lines and sporadic heavy workloads
    • Be a self-learner of newer concepts and application development best practices and trends.
    • Interface with many teams cross-functionally, and operate globally with other countries and across time-zones
    • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with support personnel, application development personnel, partners and management.
    • Project Management Skills
    • 2+ years of experience with systems engineering fundamentals and quality / reliability methods including FMEAs, DVP&Rs 



    Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering
