  • Responsibilities


    • Manage the resolution of issues associated with current or future vehicle design, build, and testing. 
    • Represent the "Voice of the Customer" to the design and manufacturing teams.  Drive a disciplined approach to the problem solving and root cause analysis process.  
    • Lead the preparation of Industrial Head review packages associated with quality issues.  
    • Coordinate product verification testing audits on pre-production vehicles to support production start approval. 
    • Drive and evaluate corporate and competitive products. 
    • Plan, prioritize, set goals and manage multiple projects in a technical and business environment. 
    • Present in and/or prepare presentation material for meetings involving all levels of the company.



    • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (required).
    • 3-5 years Product (overall vehicle knowledge) / Quality experience.
    • Prior application and use of problem solving tools and statistics.
    • MS Office proficiency, including presentation skills.
    • PM skills a plus.
    • Must be self-motivated, results driven, able to work with minimal supervision. Excellent critical thinking and leadership skills for this cross functional role.  
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.


    • Will be required to drive a company vehicle.
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. 
    • Will be required to travel both domestic and international (Canada), (<20%) interacting with Vehicle Assembly Plant and Supplier Test facilities.
