  • Responsibilities


    • (SCA-C) is a high visibility, critical, multi-years global program supporting the Global Data Analytic business organization.
    • The objective of the SCA-C program is to provide a single source of truth and view of enterprise data across all domains.
    • The objective of the America.s Release team is to enable the collection of that single source of truth within the Americas.
    • The technical Business Analyst role within the SCA-C America.s Release Team to manage, coordinate, facilitate, and integration of deliverables across multiple product teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of a specific release.
    • Key responsibilities are working closely with the product team Software Engineers to manage the agree deliverables, facilitate resolution to issues, ensure end-to-end alignment, and driving all product teams to the same release plan milestones and timing.




    Experience Required:

    • 5+ years of experience as a technical Business Analyst
    • Experience in Product team model, Agile practices and tools (i.e. Rally)
    • Working knowledge of Software Engineering practices such as test-driven development, continuous integration, etc.
    • Ability to collaborate well with Product Team and Product Owners.
    • Ability to establish strong working relationships
    • Experience in facilitation (white boarding, brainstorming)
    • Effective communication, negotiation, and related skills
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Drive to learn new things and develop functional and technical knowledge
    • Passion to deliver quality results, customer centricity and strong team player.


    Experience Preferred:

    • Understanding of Data Analytics
    • Working knowledge as a software developer/engineer
    • Working knowledge of Hadoop, J2EE, SQL, Data Warehouse, MDM, Quality Stage.


    Education Required:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

    • Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to explain a complex issue to all audience.
