  • Responsibilities

    • Responsible for supporting the Talent Management Organization
    • Point of contact for financial controls and management of budget development, forecasting, and business planning for the Talent Organization.
    • Process Journal Entries, Accruals, and Account Reconciliations
    • Ensures internal controls processes are followed by enforcing policies and procedures
    • Provide financial reporting by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; forecasting financials; recommending actions to management experience Required:



    • Experience in managing financials for the University Partnership Programs, course pricing to support tuition billings, internal controls processes, and CPARs administration.
    • Minimum of 5 years work experience in the field of finance or accounting.
    • System knowledge of Microsoft Office (expert in excel), SharePoint, CPARS, PeopleSoft, Optional: SABA Learning Management System
    • Strong financial, analytical, and presentation skills with a process improvement mindset
    • Ability to work independently to develop financial business cases and cost analysis
    • Ability to work independently and advance multiple assignments concurrently, but also team player with strong work ethic to drive for results
    • Strong sense of awareness to recognize changing priorities and flexibility to react to changes as needed

    Education Required:

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
