Job Location


Seeking a technical support specialist to perform equipment management and systems administration for our team.

We work in a product-driven organization where the people needed to support the product work together as one-team.

This specialist will collaborate directly with engineers, managers, architects and analysts to maintain and support the tools needed to build our products.

This specialist will also work closely with our managerial staff to manage our hiring process for technical positions, and develop ongoing hiring metrics.



  • Stage, maintain and support for iMac workstations and MacBooks
  • Purchase and manage equipment
  • Initiating software updates
  • Systems administration
  • Scheduling and recording progress of technical candidates
  • Maintaining hiring metrics




Skills and Experience Required:

  • 2+ years of work experience in technical support:
  • Maintaining and supporting Apple PCs (iMac, MacBook Pro)
  • Supporting MacOS
  • Working with Apple peripherals
  • Experience categorizing and maintaining records
  • Experience developing metrics
  • Good communication skills


Experience Preferred:

  • Experience maintaining and supporting Windows OS
  • Experience with Dell PCs
  • Experience interfacing with agency representatives
  • Experience being a part of hiring processes
