Job Location



  • Track software maintenance contracts for North America IT 300+ Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Work with operations to ensure contacts are renewed in timely manner
  • Ensure containment of POs within each operational budget
  • Create monthly reports to support IT management and IT Finance reviews
  • Reports include collection of data from multiple sources, consolidation and ensure data is accurate and complete
  • Review and provide updates to management on status of renewals, payments, forecast and budget
  • Document and provide desk procedures for the process and propose / streamline process improvements
  • Maintain tools used to track POs and payment/invoice of the orders
  • Support operations with other spending items within IT as needed
  • Establish and perform audits to ensure process compliance





Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience with financial processes
  • Process oriented and able to manage a large amount of data
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge/experience with Excel
  • Proactive and able to work independently as required

Experience Preferred:

Familiarity with IT financial processes


Education Required:

B.S. Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the requested field
