Prepare and deliver Digital Worker workshops and training, give presentations to different Skill Teams and support individual requests.

Face-off to the US customer group and collaborate with the global team to share knowledge and best practices.

Support participants and continuously improve the self-learning Go Digital Go Further program as well as mentoring up program designed for senior managers.

  • Increase the Digital Worker knowledge and skills of employees thru trainings, coaching, self-learning and other innovative ways.
  • Strong focus on customer centricity.
  • All Digital Worker Capabilities are supported e.g. Microsoft Office, OneNote, SharePoint, WebEx, Smartphones, Computers, so applicant will need to be able to apply and further develop functional knowledge in these areas.
  • This role is customer facing so excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential and strong customer service, problem resolution and analytical skills will be further developed.
  • Due to delivering Digital Worker workshops, events and presentations to a global audience your communication and presentations skills will be enhanced.
  • The ability to adjust your communication to the target audience and get complex and technical issues across is essential.
  • You will work with all levels of management and interact with various teams.

  • Due to the dynamic and global environment you will have the opportunity to work independently and to continuously improve and shape the Digital Worker offerings.


Experience Required:

  • 3+ years work experience in teaching and delivering Information Technology or adult education.Highly motivated self-starter who has the potential to grow within the IT organisation, with evidence of the following:
  • Strong customer service, problem resolution and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of business customers and IT personnel
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technology in simple terms
  • A strong desire to continuously learn, and share learnings with others
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with IT colleagues at other locations globally
  • This person must have strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent knowledge in digital worker tools.
  • They will be working face to face with most clients so being able to interact in a professional manner will be crucial.
  • Preferably a super user.
  • in the areas of PowerPoint, OneNote, WebEx, and SharePoint, although this can be quickly developed.
  • Similarly GDGF Level 4 certification is desired, and can be quickly acquired through on the job training and self-learning.
  • Experience supporting and educating others is preferable.


Education Required:

B.S. Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the requested field
