Business Coordinator:


Support processes, documentation, and data collection related to supplier performance and compliance with regulations.

Aggregate data, design and prepare management reports on compliance.

Support efforts to improve processes related to collection and management of compliance data.

Complete supplier compliance and assessment training (internal courses provided).

Support analysis and continued development of supplier risk management processes and data.

Act as business coordinator, including invoice verification and purchase order management for suppliers if assigned.

Conduct special analysis projects as assigned.






Skills Required:

Strong MS Office suite skills.

Strong analytic skills.

Attention to detail.

Ability to design reports to support and improve compliance processes.

Ability to organize, track, and summarize data.

Ability to manage and deliver daily and longer-term project related tasks on time.

Ability to communicate well with Internal and Supplier personnel.


Skills Preferred:

MS Access


Experience Required:

Demonstrated process improvement experience.

Experience with development and design of management reports.

Project and or process management.

Demonstrated ability and desire to learn, manage, and deliver process details while identifying and working on improvements.


Education Required:

College degree preferred
