Responsibilities

  • Quotes prices and terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
  • Builds and maintains customers relationships.
  • Prepares reports of business transactions.
  • Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database SAP. Manage customer/OEM database.
  • Records Management/Customer contracts (Tooling / Pc Price / Prototype)
  • Investigates and resolves customer problems.
  • Prepares pricing proposals and the executes contractual negotiations with the customer in conjunction with supervisor and account managers.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with key customers.
  • Maintain pricing data (MFG Pro/SAP).
  • May be required to travel
  • Assist account managers with new business proposals
  • Liaison between each division and corrects all sales forecasts for each division once a year for the NAFTA business plan.
  • Meets with buyers and quotes service parts with major OEMs
  • May be responsible for customer change request, coordination and tracking.
  • Responsible for coordinating prototype delivery schedules and maintain customer specific systems. SAP Management - - Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, Invoicing/shipments
  • Initiate activities to create HIPPA privacy awareness within the organization and implement privacy policies and procedures.
  • Considers all valid Procedures, Job Instructions, and Organizational Instructions.
  • Manage Supplier Tooling Records - compile and manage receipt of invoices / photos
  • Support annual sales planning (data entry, competitor analysis, etc.)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software package (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
