  • The Interactive Development Specialist is a Project Manager responsible for the development, production and execution of interactive sales and after-sales training materials and information for in-dealership product information kiosks and websites
  • Interface with all levels of the organization to communicate client objectives and manage projects to completion
  • Manage and communicate with project teams, vendors, SMEs and stakeholders throughout all stages of design and development
  • Organize and maintain content libraries and asset lists
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current client advertising/marketing themes to ensure message consistency and impact
  • Assist the Interactive Development Manager in leading project teams to research, develop, and implement client interactive training programs and innovative learning solutions for Sales and After Sales courseware
  • Work with internal team members and agency teams to meet client Academy training and certification requirements
  • Ensure training and development services are within budget parameters and meet quality criteria and business needs
  • Develop assessments and measures to analyze and improve training effectiveness
  • Endeavor to research and stay up to date with industry trends in e-learning, technology and web portal design
  • Benchmark other manufacturers practices in this field and extract best practices for consideration within our strategies
  • Collaborate with corporate partners such as the client sales organization, service operations, client media and client scoop to leverage available assets and programs as needed to support retail performance improvement and knowledge transfer



  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Proven project management and process improvement experience
  • Excellent and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Power Point, and Excel
  • Strong oral, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • High level of professionalism; self-directed and motivated
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and collectively with all project stakeholders


  • General automotive systems and component knowledge
  • Knowledge of Adobe CS software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint
