  • The Engine Durability Test Management Engineer will conduct engine dynamometer durability testing.
  • The primary function of the job is to ensure that Engine durability testing is performed accurately in a timely manner to ensure the customers program objectives are met by completing their DVP+R requirements.
  • This includes test scheduling and problem solving using data analysis while working with both Product Engineering and Engine Dynamometer Operators.
  • The position also requires the compilation, analysis, and the preparation of data to compile an "end of test report" to the customer after the testing is complete.
  • This position will be working weekends (Sat and Sun). Will be off two days during the week instead.


  • Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical from an ABET accredited University.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Powertrain experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of root cause analysis skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge about the operation of internal combustion engines.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Mechanics with degrees have worked out successfully in this position.
  • NO ENTRY LEVEL! NO MASTER DEGREES (over-qualified)!
