Responsibilities

  • Assist with the oversight and daily activities of our Innovation processes and technical training.
  • Innovation Process Management: Assist in the lead of all aspects of the Innovation team processes such as: New idea mgmt process, supplier innovation initiative and project mgmt tracking. Additional responsibilities process improvement. 
  • Technical Training Coordination: assist in the various responsibilities of the Product Development technical training team. Includes but not limited to class planning, instructor/room scheduling, roster and course material management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
  • 2-3 years Automotive experience.
  • 3-4 years program mgmt and/or process experience (Lean Six Sigma or equivalent) 
  • Microsoft office skills (Sharepoint, Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
  • LMS /Saba training system experience.
  • Develop and optimize product development process.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication and presentation skills
