  • Support engine, transmission, driveline and electrified propulsion.
  • Develop proactive reliability tools to improve the failure mode avoidance strategy
  • Train and coach quality and reliability engineers’ reliability disciplines including risk assessment, DFMEA, DEVP&R, Reliability Growth and Weibull Analysis
  • Lead the harmonization of key reliability KPIs with other regions
  • Lead the standardization and documentation of Quality / Reliability procedures using standard work instructions
  • Perform statistical analysis for warranty prediction
  • Develop and implement techniques for effective testing and sample size selection
  • Report Quality and Reliability scorecard results to senior management on monthly basis


  • 3+ years of professional experience in Powertrain engineering (development, systems and/or Reliability)
  • 3+ years of professional experience with DFMEA, DVP&R and Statistical Analysis interpersonal, communication, presentation and computer skills (MS Excel, word, PowerPoint)


Engineering Education Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Mathematics


Preferred Engineering Experience & Skills

  • Experience in Product Quality & Reliability Engineering, and/or Powertrain Hardware, Calibration & OBD
  • Working with or leading diverse teams (e.g. global, cross-functional, etc.)
  • Familiarity with quality measurement methodology, warranty analysis, and third party metrics (Consumer Reports, J.D. Power)


Engineering Education Preferred

  • Graduate Degree in Engineering or Math
  • Certification in Reliability Engineering
  • Design for Six Sigma or Robust Engineering certification (Black Belt, Green Belt)



  • Domestic (Chelsea PG) via Co Car
