Responsibilities

  • Manages email and calendar, schedules meetings, and answers phones.
  • Perform a variety of administrative functions including, but not limited to: ordering of departmental office supplies, travel arrangements, departmental announcements, correspondence, expense reports, vacation schedules, and mail distribution.
  • Creates presentations, generates reports and handles multiple projects.
  • Provide administrative support for the plant manager and staff.
  • Strong organizational and people skills required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
  • Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suites including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio
  • Proficiency in Visual Basic, HTML and/or other programming experience
  • Must be able to interact professionally with senior management
  • Must be self-motivated, team player, flexible and able to multi-task with attention to detail in a fast paced environment
  • Event planning experience
  • 3­-5 years’ experience required
  • Ability to create graphics/visuals in addition to presentations, reports and handling multiple projects.
