RWD Driveline Program Control/Program Management.

  • Lead all elements of program management and delivery including Financials, Headcount, Budget, Meeting Lead, Milestone Reviews, PTIM interface, Management Report Out, etc.



  • Ability to manage and lead a cross-functional team in a demanding and fluid, yet rewarding team environment. Specifically:
    • Assemble and conduct Milestone reviews, both Program and Financial
    • Review Weight Cascade, roll-up and report out
    • Provide updates from the assigned program for the TDE Healthchart Weekly Assessments
    • Review eFDVS Roll-up, Report out
    • Act as the DPMT Meeting Lead for the assigned program
    • Be responsible for Tracking PS cost through Launch for overall TDE System
    • Manage Finance Targets and work with engineers to meet Finance Target
    • Provide financial Roll-Up to Program Team
    • Assemble Long Lead Funding Requests & Orders
    • Manage & Cascade Headcount for the assigned program
    • Provide MCR Program Management/Roadmap Tracking
    • Provide P-Authority Tracking
    • Participate in PMT Report out
    • Track Deviations
  • 2 years program management experience required.
  • Associates Degree or equivalent.
