  • Understand, observe, teach and enforce all corporate, plant, department and job specific health/safety policies/practices.
  • Lead and manage unionized hourly personnel and suppliers to deliver a coordinated product supply.
  • Provide direction and support in the allocation of manpower and other resources appropriately in order to cover responsibilities.
  • Interpret, understand and proactively manage execution of the production schedule.
  • Communicate on a timely basis and have a sense of urgency relative to issues that could negatively impact above.
  • Continuously drive for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environment improvements, and/or process improvements.
  • Operate in a policy deployment and master schedule business environment.
  • Conduct weekly safety talks, housekeeping audits, and team meetings -Provide disciplinary action as appropriate.
  • Provide accurate time keeping in WF1 Timekeeping system.
  • This position is currently for the all shifts and crew patterns.
  • This position's operating pattern supports production schedules which includes some weekends 


  • Preferred: Bachelor of Arts, or Bachelor of Science degree in Business-Business Admin, Business-Engineering Management, Engineering-Industrial, Engineering-Manufacturing, Engineering-Packaging Engineer
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision on any shift.
  • Strong ability to interface with plant hourly and salaried personnel, union, third-party providers, and production suppliers
  • Capable of assigning work to unionized hourly workforce and holding employees accountable for completion of assigned work in a safe and quality manner
  • Proficient in computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc...)
  • Prior experience in Lean Manufacturing, New Model Launch or related materials management functions preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
