Responsibilities

  • Manages email and calendar, schedules meetings, and answers phones.
  • Perform a variety of administrative functions including, but not limited to: ordering of departmental office supplies, travel arrangements, departmental announcements, correspondence, expense reports, vacation schedules, and mail distribution.
  • Creates presentations, generates reports and handles multiple projects.
  • Strong organizational and people skills required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related degree is preferred.
  • 2-5 years' experience required in a fast-paced work environment. MUST HAVE A TRACK RECORD of a self-starter, fast learner, ability to prioritize tasks, and become an excellent calendar. Candidate will support three senior managers for a total group size of 350 people. 
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suites skills & Outlook required.
  • Strong organizational and people skills required.

 

Perform a variety of administrative functions including, but not limited to:

  • Manage emails throughout the day
  • RP Manpower Reports (Weekly)
  • Calendar Management
  • Presentation coordination/compiling relevant information
  • Travel arrangements
  • Staff notes
  • Organizational Charts -- updated monthly at a minimum
  • Required computer maintenance
  • car maintenance as needed
  • schedule/Pick up/drop off visitors
  • PLM's
  • Team building activities
  • Managing supplies to group
  • Attend weekly staff meetings & ensure follow-up
  • Weekly eCIMS/CN reporting
