Engineering Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing small work teams in a fast paced, high volume, unionized manufacturing environment.
  • Duties include coordinating all activities to achieve business metrics and to implement World Class Manufacturing (WCM) processes in coordination with other WCM Plant Pillars.

Required Engineering Experience & Skills

  • HS Diploma
  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor degree and 0-3 years of experience.
  • Manufacturing experience a plus.
  • Union Environment Experience (Preferred).
  • Supervisory experience (2 yrs MIN)
  • MUST be able to work any shift schedule and/or OT as needed.
  • Candidate should be able to hit the ground running with little supervision.
  • Weekend Warrior program. Candidate will work on weekends, holidays and when someone may be on vacation.


Engineering Education Required

  • Engineering focus preferred
