  • Maintaining Excel Spreadsheet
  • Handling weekly meeting
  • Evaluating Safety Stocks
  • Adjusting Safety Stocks due to usage (with Engineer approval)
  • STRAT Report Analysis
  • Making sure all new parts are on order for each program
  • Following up on overdue orders
  • Emailing suppliers for past due orders
  • Follow up on bad OEM part numbers with part was setup
  • Cycle checking all new parts
  • Critical Spares have a BOH or are on order
  • Verifying all parts with a BOH have stock location
  • Verifying all parts with a BOH do not have a $0 value
  • Verifying all OOR parts do not have a BOH
  • Follow up on all Obsolete parts
  • Handle any Duplicate parts
  • Plant Transfers (Lends & Borrows) Preparing, shipping and finalizing and making sure all Lends get reordered.
  • Uniforms Coordinating Ordering Tracking GRAP Retains Report
  • Monthly data entry to retain old parts
  • Filing, boxing of old receipts, requisitions, etc.


  • Microsoft Office knowledge (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Ability to work any shift as well as rotating shifts and weekends
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Education: High School Diploma
