  • Perform all Vault Administration functions to maintain and operate the corporate Vault system; Folders, lifecycles, groups, users, permissions etc.
  • Perform Vault software upgrades in QA and PROD environments as and when required.
  • Contribute to Vault Growth Strategy plans for future expansion.
  • Work as part of the PDLA production support team to resolve all Manufacturing central staff and remote plant staff, PDLA related production support incidents for Vault, AutoCAD (and related Autodesk products e.g. AutoCAD Architecture or AutoCAD MEP), Factory Design Suite.
  • Resolve application production support incidents as required.
  • Manage application production support requests requiring escalation.
  • Work with software vendor"s support helpdesk (Autodesk Enterprise Priority Support)
  • Collaborate with line 1 support ITSD (IT Service Desk), and local IT to resolve incidents.
  • Investigate and resolve failed SCCM software deployments.
  • Work with business partners to test and sign-off SCCM software packages for the portfolio prior to Ford internal software certification, before release into production.
  • Develop contacts and relationships with software vendor support organizations as required.
  • Understand future direction and enhancement requests of applications within the portfolio.
  • Provide expertise on technical implications and requirements for hardware, operating systems, and application software for the portfolio.
  • Identify problems and enhancement requests from incidents, and liaise with software vendors.



(C2C or 1099 resources will not be considered)



Experience Required:

  • 5+ years. experience and knowledge of working in an AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture, Inventor, Vault and Factory Design Suite in a technical support role.
  • 2+ years. experience and knowledge of working in a Vault administrator role.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, at all levels from subject matter experts to management.
  • Extremely strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated team player.
  • Good problem analysis and investigation skills


Experience Preferred:

  • Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL framework.
  • Evidence of working as part of a globally dispersed team.
  • Experience of using Request Center and Service Desk tools


Education Required:

Associate or Bachelor"s Degree
